with Susan Valentine
This class has been formulated with self-healing in mind. It is for all levels of practitioner. Participants are encouraged to stay on the soft edges of the postures, yet there is time given to let the body receive the asana (posture) deeply. Hatha Yoga has potent medicinal properties physically, mentally and emotionally. Each class ends with 10 to 30 minutes of restorative postures, depending on the collective needs of the class.
Thursday 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
with Haleya Priest
Connect to that deep quiet sanctuary within. The gentle and mindful approach of her classes focus on engaging the rest and digest parasympathetic nervous system so that you may restore and heal your body, mind, and soul. Her intention is to keep the yoga practice simple so that you can relax and let go. Haleya often includes a theme connecting to the cycles of nature or qualities such as peace, balance or grounding.
Friday 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
